When i want to select the "Lang" list, i have : "CS, DE, EN, EN, ES, IT, NL, PT", not FR.
That's not new but weird

Rad'as said...

Lang is not used in custom pois! Just make poi category names in lang you like and simply ignore lang combo.

Hi, I have version 5.4 with the donation, I am trying to download the latest version and gives me error, corrupted file, also in the update. Is it my problem or is the file really corrupt?

Thanks.

Heard that issue, but zip file is ok. Try different browser. What browser are you using now?

I was using Internet Explorer 8, I tested with Mozilla Firefox and all right.
Thank you very much, also for the quick response.

As you can see, there is now solution yet. I can only say, db is 100% correct (check poi selection list in navi, there are correct icons right ??)

Yes in list and on the map. Earlier only list.

I have the problem that when I load a database that has previously works fine in the RNS, then editing them with the POInspect0r, for example, Pois update, then copy it via vacuum to the SD card into the RNS, and reading in, that the POIs then no longer can be selected in the RNS. The folder "Personal Poi" is number still, but when I press on it because nothing is happening. There are no subcategories more open and individual POIs are not selectable. When I use the original DB3 into RNS, without the changes being made - it works again.

Thanks for answer.

Hi, I think I have a similar problem to the above comment.
I have firmware 3810a and map v7.2, I am running POIInsp 5.5, I followed your guide exactly, create new DB, etc, I used camera POI format asc and csv buit same thing happens.
I can import the POI db from SDCard as per instructions and can see in detail the correct number of categories and POIs, but when I try to select the Speed Cameras in the MAP POI selection it does nothing, there are no sub categories. I have seen a previous comment which stated it may be linked to category name length, I changed these to v.short names and still same issue. Any ideas?

Hi, I wanna know if the poi inspector could be improved with the possibility to import the categories from a file .db3 to another file .db3. It would be the TOP!!!

Rad'as said...

I do not plan this yet. It is not an easy task!

Hi! an idea, can you add a button 'rebuild' to recreate the categories and their children in alphabetical order?
Because when you add a category on the RNS is in the end.

And a dream:
add the ability to create db3 with a text file?
